Obligations
Equipment and gear:
It is necessary to have equipment suitable for hiking and mountain walking, depending on the season and the nature of the route: easy, medium, or difficult.
Punctuality:
Please respect the meeting time, departure time, and the schedule of planned activities. Respecting time is respecting yourself, your companions, and the spirit of the group trip.
Health status:
It is essential to inform the team before booking of any condition or illness concerning the participant (such as diabetes, anemia, heart problems, etc.) to ensure safety and to adapt the program to their condition.
Adaptation to the route:
Each participant must check before booking whether the route suits their physical abilities and health status by reading the outing program or calling to inquire about the difficulty level (easy – medium – difficult) if information is insufficient.
Route modification or cancellation:
The Amouddou team reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the outing in case of bad weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, etc.) or any situation that could affect the safety of participants.
Nature protection:
For responsible and sustainable tourism, we ask all participants to:
➖ Respect nature and the environment at all stages of the outing.
➖ Not to litter or leave any kind of waste.
Respect for local communities:
Respect the traditions and way of life of residents in the villages visited.
Avoid entering their fields, touching their crops, or disturbing their livestock.
Always act with courtesy and respect.
Photography and video:
Each participant has the right to freely document their experience.
Anyone who does not wish to appear in photos, videos, or publications must inform us in advance.
Seating on the bus:
Please respect the assigned seats on the tourist bus from the beginning to the end of the outing.
Anyone wishing to change seats must ask permission from the seat owner or the supervisor — out of respect for everyone.
Instructions:
All participants must follow the instructions and guidelines of the supervising team (guides and escorts) to ensure optimal organization and a safe, enjoyable experience for all.
Prohibitions
We ask all participants to respect the following points:
Respect for the route and program:
It is forbidden for any participant to leave the group or change the route without informing the responsible supervisor.
Tobacco, alcohol, and drugs:
Smoking in front of participants is prohibited.
The consumption of alcohol or any type of drugs is strictly forbidden throughout the outing.
Quiet in transportation:
Please keep quiet on the bus.
Avoid dancing, speaking loudly, or any behavior that may disturb others, except during collective activities.
Musical instruments:
Please avoid bringing musical instruments or playing music in nature, to preserve the calm of the place and enjoy activities according to the spirit of Amouddou Family.
Respect for privacy:
It is forbidden to photograph anyone without their prior permission, whether a participant or a resident of the villages visited, to respect their privacy and comfort.
